Good pay Benefits are good Some of the team members are good but others will stab you in the back

Cons

Treat women disrespectfully and no advancement for woman unless you sleep with the plant manager (who is married). Plant manager has been reported several time to HR and nothing done. Will use you and if you don't fall in line and accept the disrespect you will be targeted.

Good stepping stone job to teach you operations basics.

Cons

Poor management, they could care less about keeping people. The only people who move up brown nose their way into a new position. No set standards for everyone. Lowest pay in area and they’re content with a revolving door or employees. Also look out for yourself, they cut corners on safety CONSTANTLY, anything to keep production.
