Concentrix benefits

Good balance of benefits but very high deduction from paychecks. Only 2-3 options.

Time off easy to obtain

I was offered part time (35 hrs) therefore, no benefits. But they do offer a 401k. A very weak 401k.

Basic package that most companies offer. They may forget that you signed up for it so you may have to sign up multiple times.

The best thing is that the self insurance is affordable and that you don't have to pick all three benefits for coverage. The worst thing is that family coverage is not affordable, practically your entire paycheck.

If you stay there long enough you will get to see what the benefit packages are about.

Health insurance is pricey for a family

Free Birth Control! The cheapest plan is a pain about making you refill monthly though instead of tri-monthly.

Manpower was doing the hiring for Concentrix for Insurance Claims Processors. The actual hire date was a 3 month wait. Concentrix gave us a free cheap flashlight that didn't work very long. A lot of hype, but poor training and trainer.

The only good thing was the benefits were affordable and from a good company. (Cigna)
