When brought on we were told we would have sick days and personal days. The took away our personal days and changed them to optional holidays like Martin Luther King Day (which HR took off but we couldn't) and Veterans Day since the company doesn't look at it as an actual holiday. We were told the company matches our 401K plan... they don't. They match 30% after the first year, 60% after the second year and 100% after the third year on with the job. They have also demoted two supervisors that had to take time off after having a baby.

My last call center from home company did not offer full time employment, while Concentrix does. There are personal days and sick days, which my last company did not have. Dental benefits includes orthodontia which I am happy to see, as my son needs braces. If I am reading the benefits correctly, which I might not be as I find all this stuff totally confusing, they will pay 50%, which is 50% better than any other benefits I've had.
