Existing employees on final salary pension scheme, private health scheme very good. Poor Bonus payments and poor car scheme. BAse salary vary, so it can be very good or average.

benefits package was ok. as i was only there for a year, i opted out of the pension scheme. There is also a cycle to work scheme where they will pay for your bike. You can opt out of benefits and get the money although it equates to less
