"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The benefits are good but it does take time for you to understand and need to active all of them take a while. 401K is easy and quick.
However, the health benefits, each need to be selected and can be adjusted. Could be a hard to follow.
