Pros: If you’re a salaried employee, you start off accruing three weeks off a year plus another week that is granted automatically. This combined with every other Friday off is more PTO than most will use. Rolls over up to 400 hours. Cons: no sick time, this comes out of your PTO which discourages people from taking a sick day.

Extra 2% beneit in lieu of a pension for a total of 6% 401k match plus 4% more matched for certain employees.

High cost for benefits that are average quality

They had a couple nice workout facilities. The benefits kept going downhill every year.

The benefits are unfortunately HSA plans like everyone else. Gone are the days of the stellar LM plan or an HMO. High deductible and high out of pocket.

No pension, 401K matches up to 8% for salaried employ. Health insurance has gotten bad just like everywhere else. For me the deductible is so high that it is basically critical care insurance, I don't go to the doctor a lot and end up paying for everything out of pocket. The benefits package is pretty much the same as every run of the mill big company, not what they use to be.

The best thing about the benefits package is having every other Friday off. It more than made up for the nine hour work days.
