the best thing by far are the vacations and the every other friday off. You start off with 10 hrs/month and a week and a half of vacations for Christmas break.

Vacation was minimal for the U.S.: 0-5 years, 2 weeks, 5-10 years, 3 weeks, 10+ years, 4 weeks. Best benefit was the health insurance: reasonable cost and you can add money to a health fund by taking healthy actions and staying active via Virgin Pulse.

As a Greenville (FTO) employee, not Aeronautics, the pay is significantly less. The best part is the overtime. Even in a salary position, you can still get paid straight time for hours over 40/week. If you choose, you can opt for compensation time. Averaging 50 hours per week as a supervisor, you end up with a large amount of paid time off.

Health insurance is okay. Dental and vision are pretty much useless. Make sure to get the pedometer to add money to your health savings. Roth 401K retirement account with some company matching.
