First interview was with another District Manager, virtual through Microsoft Teams. It seems like they are looking for very inexperienced DM's to go through their training, and often college graduates with no experience. They are up front with the very long 9 months of training and fixed salary before allowing you to lead your team. Questions were very basic and only 30 minutes was scheduled. She didn't introduce herself or tell me how long she had worked for the company, I asked at the end.
Was told at the end that this position wasn't available, but would I be willing to relocate? I wasn't sure why this job was posted, if the position wasn't available in the advertised area that I applied to. It would benefit the company to have District Managers with previous experience and solid results to add value to your growing company.
