ALDI Graduate Area Manager interview questions

The application consisted of many different tasks. I completed an initial application, video interview, numerical reasoning tests, a group assessment centre and a final interview. The final interview was 1-1 with the managing director of Aldi.

In the assessment centre, they have you do a group exercise. They also ask you to do a five minute presentation to introduce yourself which gives you the opportunity to stand out and impress the assessors.
