ALDI Graduate Area Manager interview questions

First there was a written application followed by psychometric tests. After this there was a video interview in which various questions appeared on-screen and you were given timeframes to read and answer these - there was no face to face interaction. The next stage was travelling for a group assessment day which I declined to go to after having done further research.
