Multiple questions asked various competency-based questions, numerical reasoning.
Very long process each question has a 3000-word limit. took a couple of days to do all the research and answer the questions thoroughly.

Interview
Firstly you are required to pass a series of online assessment test , then if you are successful you have to complete a video interview. I have progressed this far but am currently preparing for my video interview . If I get past this stage I will be expected to complete a group assessment day and then finally a 1:1 interview with the regional manager.

Online application where you had to answer situation judgement questions (not timed)
Video interview with about 8 questions (usually 30 secs to prepare and 1 min to answer)
Assessment centre where you had to introduce yourself, do a 3 min presentation then a group exercise
Final interview (not done yet)
