Lady who conducted the interview felt very quick and gave nothing away about my responses to questions asked.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Initial application, followed by online aptitude tests, video interview, assessment centre and final interview. Initial application involved researching the company and filling out 3 questions relating to your motivations for applying, what you know about the company and why you are suited to the role. Online tests were numerical reasoning and situational judgement. Video interview is designed to test your reactions under pressure as you don't have long to prepare a response to questions. Assessment centre was relatively easy, you had to give a brief introduction to yourself telling the group what you study and what your favourite Aldi product was. Following this was a group activity in which as a group you had to select an ideal candidate for a fictional job vacancy from 5 fictional CV's/resume's. Following this was the final interview, in which the managing director asks you questions based on your CV and also judges your suitability for a placement role.

Interview
questions are for video interview. Sometimes you'll have a minute to answer, sometimes half a minute or less. Look at the time counter! Do not assume wrongly that you get the same amount of time for every question. you need to submit the video 3 days after receiving an invitation.
