Pretty easy interview process basic question about prior experiences and how you handle issues. Basically looking for prior call center experience handling inbound calls and outbound calls. Just basically have a positive attitude and a willingness to do the job sand its yours.

Interview
Took about 45 minutes. Interview explained the job duties, location, work hours and pay range. Scenario interview questions were asked including acting out a scene. I was moved forward, however did not get the job after background check. I was pretty upset but that's life.

Interview
The interview was virtual so very convenient. The interviewer was nice and didnt give off an intimidating feeling. They walk you through scenarios of possible customer conversations and how you would handle it. A lot of HR type questions. The process did feel a little robotic but other wise a very routine interview from a big corporation.
