AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The overall process took a little over a month to kick off. I put my application in on December 3 and took an assessment that I scored high on. About 2 days later I was contacted by the hiring manager to schedule my interview. The interview was scheduled for the next morning. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and the interviewer seemed preoccupied with other things going on in her office. I interviewed on a Thursday and received my conditional offer letter that Monday. I had to schedule my drug test and fill out my background information before receiving an official offer 4 days later.

I had an informational group call, a one on one phone call, and an in person interview. The lady who interviewed me was super nice and personable. It was pretty laid back and she asked me about 7 questions. We also did a roleplay at the end of the interview.
