I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I applied online, the application is standard personal information. You can upload your resume and cover letter and provide some extra information as you need/wish. After that they send me an email to take an assessment. It was very long and confusing. I have 4 years of customer service experience and I didn’t passed the assessment. It has 2 parts: questions (you can only answer with agree or slightly agree) and games. Games are very confusing and tedious .
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tulsa, OK) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview was not bad. I filled out an app on the at&t careers website and took an assessment test. I received an email to do a video interview in a couple of days. Within a week I was set up to do a face to face interview. The face to face interview wasn't difficult at all. They are looking for customer service oriented people. They do prompts in which you will act like a customer service rep and the hiring manager will act like a customer. If you consider how you want to be treated when calling them that will help you out a lot. (Just be yourself/ If you have it you have it if you don't you just don't)
