AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had to answer questions on a phone call. I had to answer all of the questions correctly. I had to make sure I listened carefully to all of the questions.

we were like 25 people . we had 3 English tests , first part was grammar and third and 2nd were listenings . grammar was quite good and the listenings a bit tricky . then some people left us because they didnt pass the English tests and we countinued for the technical tests consisting of 3 parts , only basics . and then we had a face to face interview .
