I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
Hiring process was brief but not enough information was given about the position, that you would automatically be enrolled into a union whether you want to or not, the discrepancy in pay scales between men and women, and the strict adherence policy to the attendance.

Question 1
Previous work experiences. Hypothetical questions about how to deal with irate customers
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview process took about a month or so including the background check and drug test. Applied online first, then went to an open call for interested individuals, then had a one sided video interview where you answer questions in a timed manner into your computer... Then had a scheduled interview for which lasted 20 mins or so with a Team Leader, after a few weeks, got an email advising I've made it to the next step, then went for a drug screening followed by a long background check. After another two weeks got an email advising that I nailed the interview and passed the background check. The entire onboarding process is completely digital no actual paper work all correspondence was completed via email or phone call.
