AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was drawn out but ultimately was very easy and quick. I was called on the phone by a hr representative for a over the phone interview, then I set up and interview with a hiring manager, and after that the store manager.

Received a phone call first and then a webinar interview through webcam. Once completed about 3 days I was called for an offer and then guided through the process of drug screening and background. I had to fill out a background application online through docusign. It was a very easy and exciting process.
