So easy, a chimp can get on. Customer service roles are expendable. The attrition rate is high for a reason. Ninety-five percent of my training class was MIA in less than 1 year. It takes patience, stamina, endurance, and muster to stay on as long as I did.

STAR interview style. You have to give examples of what you would do given certain scenarios. Give specific examples. You will do fine if you follow that format. It feels lengthy and you also have to pass a test given on a computer first before landing the interview.
