AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was virtual one on one but very thorough. The questions were open ended. Although the STAR method was not required, I used that method to respond. Using the STAR method should minimize or alleviate the need for follow up questions. I have found that it reduces the number of questions asked.

Very professional and informative. There wasn’t much wait time after submitting a resume before I was given an online assessment. Once that was complete an interview was scheduled. All within a week,
