It was easy and short. First you are offered a try out, you do mock customer services calls and answer how you would respond. If you pass that pat you are then offered an interview via video conference.

The interview was virtual one on one but very thorough. The questions were open ended. Although the STAR method was not required, I used that method to respond. Using the STAR method should minimize or alleviate the need for follow up questions. I have found that it reduces the number of questions asked.
