How do you handle stressful situations or when things don't go according to plan?

How long does it take for them to respond back? I been waiting a while now it would be nice to get an email yes or no. I hope yes because I feel I have a lot of great qualities to work there but now a days who knows if you don’t know someone or have a certain level of education it’s hairs to get a job .
