AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

La entrevista fue corta, te hacen preguntas basicas de ventas, pero al final nadie te llama y te dejan en el aire sin respuesta, nixiquiera te envian un correo de rechazo o te hacen saber, simplemente dejan la vacante abierta

The interview process was pretty quick. I got dressed up. I came to the interview with a copy of my résumé and the interview lasted for 30 minutes. They asked me questions like how do I deal with stress? How do I deal with customers? How do I deal with an upset rate, and how do I take criticism I use the five star method for many of the questions. It was pretty laid-back and the recruiter pretty much. Let me know that I should have my foot in the door and get the job by the end of the week.
