Testing process and then offered an interview for a CSR. I was not impressed with the call center in which I interviewed, the Center its self was not professional. Employees were not professionally dressed and inappropriate music was playing in the background.

I applied online got a call back within four days, did an over the phone interview, had then went to the call center for an interview , got a call back within a week with a job offer contender on back ground and also drug test, within about 5 business days got a call back stating they wanted to move forward, I started working at at&t in January,

1st an over the phone interview. Next was what is termed as a "battery test". Which has 3 parts, that are timed. Then an in person with questions about previous work experience.
