AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The first time i recieved a call from the human resoures dept, i miss the call. when i listened to the voicemail about an hour later (was leaving my former employer) at the time. I called her back and the lady on the other end was very nice explained the company to me, then preceeded to ask me was i interested in the postion. I said yes .

The hiring manger conducted the interview. we talked about the company and expectations. then I was asked 6 questions that was scored then we talked some more. He let me no that CSR was a selling job but people that called in would be current customer looking for a deal to resume service. The next day I was sent a e-mail to complete an background and drug screen. The interview went extremely well.
