AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

after a presentation of the position you will have to take a computer test that simulates different phone calls and will ask you to determine the best solution for the call. if this test is passed you will be getting a tour/interview with a hiring manager. the tour shows you your potential work environment and the manager will ask you about your work experiences and determine if you qualify. if so, a drug test has to be taken within a short time frame and a background check will be performed.

I applied online and was called in for a testing at the 63rd street location. The testing consisted of a phone interview with a panel of people. Some were rude and some were fast talking. I think it is supposed to trip you up. Then if you pass the phone part you are called back to take a computer based simulation and it was fairly easy, you just gotta pay attention. Then if you pass that, you are called back for a group interview, but there is really no interview you just get called all in a room and told you are hired.
