One must take a test that goes over basic math skills, logic, and reading comprehension. The test is basic and you will either pass it or not depending on your test taking ability and all round intelligence. Interview
I found the job on an online job board, careerbuilder.com. After applying I immediately received an e-mail saying that I needed to complete the G.A.T.E. test. which is just the basic skills assessment. I waited about a week and a half before I got an e-mail from the HR representative telling me that if i was still interested in the position I needed to call within the next three days to still be considered. I called and was scheduled for Monday May 19th at 9 am. That phone interview was very basic and just about my general working experience. I was not asked to sell anything over the phone. The interviewer said that he was a little worried that I didn't ask him any questions about the company or anything. However I had already researched the company pretty well so I didn't really have a lot of questions. I was then told that if I was selected to move on to the face to face interview I would be contacted within the week. The very next morning I was called and told that they wanted me to come in for a face to face interview that afternoon. The interview was very relaxed. I was not asked to sell anything in this interview either. The interview process started out as a company overview, uniform guidelines, training process and schedule/ vacations time. The second half of the interview process was a question type. I was asked behavioral type questions, what my biggest weakness was, why they should hire me, etc. I was notified 4 days later that i got the position through an e-mail with my hourly pay and my training and everything else i needed to know followed.
