I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2010
Interview
Irrational, know someone, expect to be paid poorly; know you won't be on the team you joined within 1 year. You do have a great chance to learn; but, there is no strategy; no one, understands eCommerce (6 people maybe); the rest are sales operations. Necessary, but VERY BAD managers and worse in IT, where we are now.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None, revolving door; better, know someone, wife, cousin, brother, etc. against code, but it's not enforced.
