I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
The entire process took about a week for the first interview to take place over the phone. First, you have to apply online at att.com/careers then you wait for someone to contact you. Once you have your first interview and you make it to your second, you talk to a recruiter. If you make it through the recruiter interview, then you have a "job preview" with a store manager. If you are comfortable in the store and the manager sees this, you wait for a new hire class to begin.
