Interview
Written test, multiple math, English and sales tests. Sales background helpful for requirements. Bachelors degree will waive many of the tests. They make you take mock sales and service calls with little time to prepare to see how you handle different customers and sales opportunities.

I have been working with AT&T for 2years 6 months as an Retail Sales Consultant. My area managers and a few directors recommended I apply since I was a recent grad. I a
So made it to AT&T summit w/ additional AT&T accolades and awards. After applying I received a call the next day. 5-10 min phone screening nothing major. My recruiter set up a pre-recorded webcam interview with a deadline. After completing the interview I received a call about 3 days later to schedule a live webcam interview with the recruiter. During the live interview she ask several behavioral questions. After the live interview I got a call 2 days later about a third interview (2nd rd) with a Associate Director of the program. She ask several of the same questions the recruiter ask but for seem reason it was more difficult. I struggled answering some of the questions. She said I would hear back from them with in 2 weeks. Questions asked throughout interviews were:

A time where you had to make an unpopular decision and what was the outcome?
Are you willing to relocate?
3 strengths 1 weakness?

Interview
You will go to a little group meeting with one on one interviews to follow with a local garage manager. Then several days-weeks later you will get a phone call from a woman who makes more than you ever will with the company telling you $10 is the best the offer starting off etc.

I can't remember the questions or anything but those aren't important. If you come across as someone who isn't willing to work late etc. they won't even bother calling you I'd assume.
