Includes:

2. Phone or Virtual Interview
Conducted by a recruiter or team lead.
Focuses on:
Behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time..." style)
Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
Scenarios related to customer complaints, refunds, delays, etc.

smooth interview process, no initial and final just one question and you're good to go and the interviewers are so kind. Just pass their assestment and they will call for final verification
I got a assessment that I had to complete online it's a proctored test, I had difficulty with my laptop and the camera went off. I later got an email saying I had failed my interview due to not following test guidelines
