I got an email to take an assessment. The assessment was pretty long and took a while. It’s a simulation of work and how you would reply to request, it included multiple choice written and audio clips to submit. I then had a call with a. Recruiter 2 weeks later. The call either the recruiter was straight forward why Amazon? Why are you leaving your current role? Expectations for the rest of the process.
First interview with a Amazonian, learn the principles they test based on the principles and how it relates to each pillar. This interview was long, 3-4 questions but all related to one of the pillars and they want a full SMART breakdown of the situation. I got rejected following this call like 5 days later and did not make it to the panel like interview.

The interview process was good. The interviewer made the whole process to be much easier. It didn't feel like an interview, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I really liked it.
