Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

Assessment, writing Sample, and then virtual interview with 30 to 40 min interview with 4 different people who work at Amazon in similar positions. Behavioral based questions answering using the star method.

Interview was conducted over 4 hours with 4 different people interviewing an hour each. Everyone was very friendly and interview went well. Unfortunately, I did not fully prepare for all of the behavioral scenario questions and ended up repeating myself. Interview is fairly difficult if you don’t take the time to prepare how they recommend.
