Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

The process took about four weeks, starting with a phone interview and then an onsite in Austin, TX. The onsite lasted about five hours and included a site tour and interviews with four interviewers, each of whom asked three questions. I prepared five core stories and adjusted them to fit the questions during the interviews. The main point make sure to have one story about safety, which is not one of Amazon's principles.

Gesprächspartner ist systematisch durch seine Punkte 'durchgerattert'. Man hatte niemals das Gefühl, dass man sich für den Bewerber und dessen Skills und Erfahrungen überhaupt interessiert. Es war daher ein sehr unangenehmes Gespräch und man war sehr dankbar, dass es zu keinem weiteren Gespräch gekommen ist.
