Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by two rounds of competency-based interviews. They focused on leadership, stakeholder management, and operational problem-solving. Each interviewer asked scenario-based questions to assess my ability to streamline processes, manage teams, and deliver results. The process was fair, thorough, and allowed me to highlight both technical knowledge and soft skills.

there were two steps of hiring , first was online assesment test which mostly occurs online or virtual & second one was interview round ,one for technical & one for HR
