Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

It was one day of multiple hours of different interviews with various people. It was done online only. Know the leadership principles, use the star method, and highlight your results with data/metrics. All of the questions are situation based. They may ask you about your writing sample if you had to submit one.

Please keep in mind that Amazon utilizes STAR based behavioral questions. Recommend having answers prepared ahead of time. Having the stories makes the process much easier. I would recommend having three to five stories ready to go ahead of the interview.
