Question 1
Tell me about a time when we went over and beyond your areas of responsibility to help business
It wasn't very well organised, the recruiter was late and was only interested in finding out the sites I was interested in working at but also couldn't tell me what sites were available it was a bizarre interview
The interview process for an Operations Manager role at Amazon typically involves several stages. It starts with an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications and fit for the role. This is followed by one or more virtual or in-person interviews with hiring managers and team members. During these interviews, candidates are asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, often based on Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Candidates may also be presented with hypothetical scenarios to evaluate problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The process may conclude with an onsite assessment or a final round of interviews before a hiring decision is made.
