Amazon Sr Manager, Operations interview questions

Smooth process overall with 4 interviews. Started with the HR, then person who I was going to report, then 360 interview. Nice interviews overall for this company, I would recommend

First interview was very pleasant with the Amazon recruitment manager, asked my experience and said he was pleased with my work and hoped that the recruiting manager would be as he had interviewed and turned down many people. When I moved to the second round the recruiting manager was late, didn’t apologise and sighed a lot. I didn’t get the job but was told that my examples were good and that I should apply again in the future. Very difficult to learn where to improve from and felt the pressure going in knowing the recruiting manager had interviewed so many people and had been difficult for the recruitment team.
