Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Interview process was not easy but kinda made sense for getting into a big organisation so it was worth the process and wait for the interview plus there were written speed test which was pretty easy

I was reached out by a recruiter and each step in the process took about a week. The Loop took 2 weeks to schedule. I initially sent back a write up about my experience, then i took an online exam, and then I did my phone screen, and then the final loop spread across two days.
