Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

There is not too much to say. After applying a few months later, I was sent an offer email after my background went through. Then I was yo go through a series of the paperwork online. Then selected my schedule and started the week prior.

A little bit hard to know what want to get across with their interview platform, I have the skills to commit this position but their platform is a cap. People get fired as much easy I can move forward even when I get good feedback at the interview by phonecall.
