The interviewers were a lady and one guy, both clueless about QA. The lady was arrogant and was worst in communication. The recruiter kept sending the same interview invite atleast 10 times with no changes, It's a chaos if you choose to interview with Amex. Thorough and professional, even over Teams video chat. Usual questions for the position. Managers showed good listening skills during the interview. Interview process was in 3 stages and management kept me informed of each step and provided tips on what to look forward to along the way.
