3 rounds phone interview. The first 2 rounds are simple questions about architecture, programming and the projects that I was working on. The last round is testing my programming skills using google docs.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Southampton, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online, one week later, got an invite for video interview. Video interview was NOT interactive, instead it was kind of pre-record video asking you some questions and then recording your answers (a bit wired). One week passed and I am waiting for ARM's feedback (it was postponed cause their technical staff in charge of this interview was busy with his project). Good luck with myself.

Interview
First they sent me an e-mail for a video interview, which went well, it had some common behavioral questions, two easy technical ones and one simple coding test. Then was called for an on-site assessment day, consisting of group projects, a behavioral assessment, an 1 hour technical interview about C++, Testing, Design Patterns, OO Concepts and Compilers, and then a behavioral interview of half an hour.
