I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm (Trondheim) in Dec 2012
Interview
Applied online. Got a phone interview at the end of November 2012 with a team lead. Got invited to a face-to-face interview in Trondheim at the beginning of December 2012. Got face-to-face interviews with more or less all the top-level managers and my future colleagues. Had to give a presentation of some of my previous work (unexpectedly!). A few days later had a phone interview with HR. Finally got an offer at the end of January 2013.
