Social Recruiting Manager
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Initial interview was a phone call where I was asked to present my skills, my experience, and the reason why I would be best for the position. It was mostly me speaking and the interviewer writing down notes. A few clarification questions were asked, but otherwise the interviewer was fairly quiet.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in May 2014
Interview
Long winded and no response to regular follow up communications, having applied and been interviewed for a different role and then nothing happening for ages until I chased to find out about the role I got offered eventually. This was not ideal when facing redundancy, having met with many apprentices and interns it appears their interview experiences were at least double the time span of my own if not more.

Question 1
Typical technical grillings with side order of personal interest questions.
