Started with a short intro and a description of the call's process. Then an introduction on BairesDev company followed by questions regarding my CV and as candidate as well as my expectations. Subsequently mathematic and situations tests were held. Then David exposed the company's process of matching vacancies with profiles. David explained the remuneration and benefits package.
