I sent an application for a Sales Manager position four months ago. I received an email from a recruiter the next day saying I'd need to take an online assessment in order to move forward with my candidacy. I took the test right away, which took over 3 hours to complete. Total waste of time. I followed up several times with the recruiter and they always have the same answer: "we haven't reviewed your test results yet", which is unbelievable and ridiculous considering it's been three months since I took it. I see many people here having the same issue with them. I've noticed how this company loves to brag about how many people apply to work with them but I think they are just trying to inflate their numbers to get more investors on board. Don't allow them to waste your time. Ask to get an interview before you take the test.
