BairesDev Sales Manager interview questions

Process took more than 5 weeks. They claim to have staffing software that will fill any open role within days. This is very far from the truth. Standard IQ/EQ/Situational/Multiple choice questions that have nothing to do with the role. No prep work you do will make you ready for these out of the box questions. Then they say and I quote: "Unfortunately we're not authorized to share the test results, anyways they're not indicative as they vary with each opening. Anyways, someone from our team will be contacting you to move forward with the process. We'll keep in touch and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions." Well weeks passed and they NEVER contacted me back - after reaching back out to them to ask what was going on as I totally understand hiring processes - they said: "I don't know the exact details but from what I found out, there were some specific skills required for the opening you were in process for, that doesn't in any way mean we will not be considering you for other opportunities in the near future. Let's keep in touch and don't hesitate to contact me in case you have any questions." I was honestly perplexed! This was by far the WORST interview experience I have had in my career. What a waste of time - they say they hire the top 1% talent - Not sure if this is true company wide.
