Lengthy and no logic related questions , found it tricky at the start but the interview herself fell short of the expectations. The interview was long with little or no conclusion
the hiring manager provided a series of rapid fire questions about behavioral situations. we roled played an interaction between advisor and client. the main focus was on how do you interact with the clients who will come into the branch. focus on getting to know the client first to determine what products they would be interested in. the role is big on sales not much financial planning. you will be expected to offer other services in the branch such as opening accounts and loan referrals
