I first submitted an application online. Roughly one week later, I got a phone call from a gentleman wanting to set up a phone interview, and he collected information from me for the background check. The phone interview (with a recruiting agent) occurred 3-4 days later, and lasted a half hour. This interview consisted of going over my experience and how it would relate to the position, and a bit of role-playing. At the end, she said she wanted to move forward and schedule a 1:1 interview, but that he was out of town, so she would be in touch with me. Roughly a week and a half later, I had my 1:1 interview, which again consisted of going over my experience, and going over what the company culture is like and expectations. Roughly two weeks later, I received an official offer; I then scheduled an I-9 and fingerprinting appointment. I was able to set my own start date, for two weeks after my fingerprinting appointment.
