Barclays Vice President interview questions

Interview scheduling, follow up, confirmation and offer rollout took almost 3 months. Communication from HR was not up to the mark. Expect multiple rounds of interview with different interviewers in increasing order of seniority.

3 stage process, Initial discovery call with recruiter. CV review with a Director, competency interview with 2 Directors and a final cultural fit call with a Director all held virtual. Straightforward process if a little slow, nice interviewers, usual questions . Offer accepted after direct reach out from hiring manager to offer the role.
