Barclays Vice President interview questions

Interviews were seamless, everything else in the hiring process was arduous. Did not feel challenged by the interview questions, felt I was being recruited. Did not realize at the time that my interviewers were trying to sell me.

Had to go through many rounds of interviews, which were quite structured. Good chance to understand company culture and get a feeling of who you are working with and for. The whole process was quite lengthy though and spanned over a few weeks. Background check was also quite complicated.
